I am seeing clients via Zoom and at both my Westwood office and my home office in Encino.

While I prefer in-person sessions, I find video sessions have been quite effective. I find well-lit video sessions enable me to use very detailed somatic practices and support my clients to articulate their sensations, feelings and thoughts.
