Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I see clients primarily via Zoom.

While I prefer in-person sessions, I have found that these video sessions have been quite effective. I find well-lit video sessions enable me to use very detailed somatic practices and support my clients to articulate their sensations, feelings and thoughts.

Until the risk factors related to COVID-19 become minimal, I will continue to conduct sessions via video to protect the health of both myself and my clients.
